shared duct runs. The walk-through costs nothing and the written quote covers

## Exhaust fan repair and installation, cook-line deep cleaning
**Quoted per job after inspection.**
Fan repairs, hinge kits, rooftop grease containment, new fan installation and
fire-prevention degreasing of the cook line are priced once the equipment has
been seen. The quote lists each item separately.

## Charcoal, wood-fired and solid-fuel appliances
**Quoted with the hood, after inspection.**
A charcoal kebab grill, wood-fired oven or smoker under a hood puts creosote as
well as grease into the system, and NFPA 96 publishes a monthly inspection
interval for solid-fuel cooking. The quote states the interval and the scope
separately.
